Personal

As a Realtor and a practicing attorney with nearly 15 years of experience, Jessica is meticulous and her strong sense of market fundamentals and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers alike. Within this context, she brings a deep understanding of the various nuances involved in any real estate transaction from her personal experience buying, renovating, managing and selling a number of residential and investment properties over the last 10 years. Her quiet intelligence provides clients a sense of calmness and certainty that is reinforced by her agility and effectiveness in negotiations. However, it is Jessica's passion about being a fiercely loyal and tireless advocate for her clients that maximizes her success in supporting buyers and sellers alike. Prior to joining the Coleman Group, Jessica worked as a corporate attorney, specializing in real estate (both residential and commercial), tax, trust and estate planning, and a variety of small business matters ranging from litigation to corporate organization and sale/acquisitions. Jessica also owned and operated several highly successful fitness studios in the Greater Boston area for nearly 10 years. She is highly regarded and well respected in the industry and is still turned to and relied upon in advisory capacity by a number of small business owners as well as some of the largest and most well-known publicly traded companies in the health and wellness space. Jessica has received a Masters of Law degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University Law School, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School, and a B.A. from Tufts University where she double majored in Economics and English with a minor in Classics. She has been a member of the Massachusetts bar in good standing since 2008. A lifelong Lexington resident, Jessica attended Lexington Public Schools (Estabrook, Diamond and LHS), and after several years of living in downtown Boston (Beacon Hill and Charlestown), she and her husband returned to Lexington in 2015. She remains an active member of the community, serving on the Cary Library Foundation, the advisory board of her local elementary school's PTO, the Lexington Five and Under Network ("LexFUN"), and providing marketing and communications assistance to the Lexington Education Foundation ("LEF"). In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading, exercise, the NY Times Sunday Crossword, and spending time with her husband, two children and small dog that thinks she's a person.
